How it works
How does an instant shower work?
Cold water flows into the shower and is heated as it passes through, reaching up to 70°C within seconds. There's no tank, so nothing is stored or kept hot.
Will it save me money?
It only uses electricity while the shower is running, unlike a geyser that keeps a full tank hot day and night. It also uses about 4.2 litres of water per minute, less than half of a geyser-fed shower. Customers can save up to 60% on electricity, depending on their usage.
Do I still need a geyser?
Not for your shower. Many customers replace their geyser for showering completely. For hot water at your kitchen or basin, our Elegance Tap heats water instantly at the tap. It fits on the counter or out of the wall.
Do the showers come with a shower arm and handshower?
Every shower comes with a shower arm. The Granducha, Intense and Elegance Shower also come with a handshower that diverts the water, so you can use it on its own.
The Super Ducha 4T+ handshower works differently: water still flows from the main shower head while it's in use, so we don't fit it as standard. If you'd like it, it takes under a minute to attach yourself: remove the stopper and insert the handshower.
Ordering & delivery
Do you deliver outside Cape Town?
Yes. We courier anywhere in South Africa for R150. For areas couriers don't reach, we use pickup points.
Can you install outside Cape Town?
Our technicians install in Cape Town and surrounds, up to 100 km from Bellville. Further away, we deliver and you can use your own electrician.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Once your payment is confirmed, we dispatch and send you tracking details. Delivery times depend on your area and the courier.

How can I pay?
Card online through Paystack, using the secure link on your quote.
Pay at a store with Pay@ at leading retailers, using your quote number as the reference.
Instalments with FlexiPay. Ask our team on WhatsApp whether it's available for your order.
Is paying online safe?
Yes. Card payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
How long is my quote valid?
Website quotes are valid for 48 hours, so we can hold stock for you during sales.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
Every complete shower unit carries a 1-year warranty. Heating elements are replacement parts and are not covered by a warranty, including by the manufacturer.
What if something goes wrong?
Log a complaint here with your order number and a photo of the problem. You'll get a ticket number by email and we'll respond during working hours.
